Competition rules:

This competition is a promotion by FMK Limited.

Players must enter by completing the web form, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

Only one entry will be accepted per organisation for the life of the promotion.

Entries may only be submitted via the website.

Entrants must be UK residents either self-employed or employed by a UK registered company.

Entrants must be 18 years old or above to enter.

The winner will be drawn at random from all the correct entries and will be contacted personally after the closing date December 24 2011

Prize winners must be prepared to take part in post competition publicity.

FMK Limited does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.

The prize will be an iPod shuffle.

The choice of colour will be determined by FMK Limited.

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

There will be no cash alternatives.

This competition is not open to employees or associates of FMK Limited or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.

FMK Limited’s decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

FMK Limited reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of their control which in their opinion makes it necessary, to cancel the competition at any stage.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
